Seaweed is a natural source of iodine. A daily intake of iodine of up to 0.15 mg is useful and desirable for an adult.

1. Place a slice of seaweed on a bamboo mat and spread about 1 cup of sushi rice evenly over two-thirds of the seaweed surface. Place other ingredients in the middle (salmon, tuna, radish, etc …)
