Tom Yam pasta.
Producer: Thai Dancer
Tom Yam, sometimes called hot and sour Thai style soup, is a very popular dish. It is a combination of spicy and sour taste. It is often cooked with shrimp, but also tastes good with other meats, seafood and chicken.
Instructions for preparation for 2-3 servings:
1. Boil 2 cups water (480 ml).
2. Add Tom Yam paste and 200 g of seafood or meat.
3. Cook for 5 minutes or until the seafood or meat is cooked, stirring occasionally.
To cook Tom Yam with coconut milk, use 1.5 cups of water (360 ml) and 0.5 cups (120 ml) of coconut milk instead of 2 cups of water.
