Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 pack of paste, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 250 g thinly sliced chicken, beef or fish, 250 g mixed vegetables or tofu (cut into pieces), chopped spring onion into 1 cm slices (for garnish).
Heat the oil in a wok or pot, add the seasoning paste and fry until flavored, then add the meat and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add vegetables or tofu, stir constantly and fry until everything is soft. Serve with boiled rice.
