Seasoning paste for preparing Sichuan stir-fry dishes with chili, ginger and garlic.

Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 pack of paste, 350 g peeled shrimp, 2 teaspoons of corn starch or corn flour, 2 – 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, spring onion for garnish.
Mix shrimps with cornstarch or flour. Heat the oil in a pan, add the shrimp and fry for 1 minute. Lower the temperature, add the seasoning paste and fry for 3-5 minutes until everything is done. Garnish and serve with rice.
Instead of shrimp, you can also use tofu and eggplant or seafood.
